How do we learn to meet challenges in life? What can we do when we realize our life is
unfolding in ways we cannot control, either in our personal lives or the world we live in?
Zen does not give us answers to our questions but offers us a practice where we can allow
our questions to just be. It helps us sit in that space where even though the situation may
not change, we change as we learn to meet it in a different way.
It offers us a way of seeing through our attachment to our thoughts, judgements and beliefs
by offering us the support of a daily practice of zazen, the support of a teacher and a
community.
